What you'll do
- You’ll work with the training team at Lancashire Fire and Rescue HQ in Year 1.
- Take the chance to take part in international exchange visits with our partners in the Middle East and Hong Kong.
- Our Engineering Innovation Centre enables you to work on real-world projects with commercial partners in state-of-the-art facilities.

Our Fire Engineering alumni find themselves in senior positions in fire safety design, fire safety engineering and fire safety consulting, and many are on their way to becoming senior fire safety officers.
Entry requirements
We will consider your educational achievements, predicted grades, work experience and personal statement. If you don't meet the grades for your chosen course, we will consider you for other programmes.

- BTEC Extended Diploma: MPP
- BTEC Diploma: MM
- Pass Access Course: 64 points
- International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass including 64 points from Higher Level subjects.
- T Level: P (D or E)
- IELTS: grade 6.0 with no component lower than 5.5
- GCSEs: 5 at Grade C /4 including Maths and English or equivalent
