Project Title: Mitigating user vulnerabilities to promote organisational cybersecurity

Cybercrime is increasingly recognised as one of the worst consequences of the mass digitalization of the 21st century. Of all types of cybercrime, phishing, most often done via email, is frequently identified as the most common and problematic. Stemming from the idea that technical solutions are not enough in the fight against cybercrime, this project uses eye-tracking to investigate cognitive processes and behaviour elicited in response to email phishing scams.
