The job purpose is to learn how to become an inspiring Operations Leader who has a well-rounded understanding of all parts of the Staci operation. The role will combine working in Staci with higher-level learning, spending at least 20 percent of time in study at UCLan.

The focus of the 3 years can be influenced by the interests of the apprentice with additional placements options being available in; HR, Finance, Supplier Management, Create, IT, Sales & Marketing. Placements will typically involve managing Staci team members, improving processes, analysing data, completing projects etc.A typical placement may take the following path:Year 1: Working on the front line in our Warehouse and Client Services departments, getting to know the details of our business, roles may include: Warehouse Operative, Operations Administrator, Client Services Administrator, Client Services Manager etc.Year 2: You will step up to act as a new Team Leader, rotating departments. You will be learning about managing a team, how to recruit new team members, managing performance, productivity and engagement and monitoring quality and providing feedback and coaching.Year 3: Having proven yourself as a Team Leader role you may be progressed to a Section Manager, Senior Team Leader or Contract Manager role. This will include working closely with our Clients, Account Managers, Finance department and Projects departments etc.Other Requirements:

Monday - Friday 37.5 hours, some placements may require rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm -10pm shifts or night shifts.
