Chartered Manager Apprentice

The role includes the following responsibilities: 

•  Assist managers by completing daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies/procedures)• Complete assigned tasks by required deadlines
• Attend staff meetings and record meeting minutes when applicable
• Understand each departments’ key functions (e.g. Marketing, Sales)
• Assist managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analysing data)
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop effective communication skills through interactions with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Observe and learn leadership techniques from experienced managers within the organisation.
• Take on progressively challenging responsibilities to enhance leadership capabilities.
• Assist in day-to-day tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
