SPARK 2024 – The Apprenticeship Marketplace

Apprenticeships

Welcome to SPARK - matchmaking for future degree apprentices and local industry employers.

Our latest SPARK matchmaking event provides an opportunity for future apprentices to be interviewed by employers for our Chartered Manager course. This allows you to build a skilled team by connecting with the talent of the future.

Recruit the best future talent

SPARK is a speed pitching session where employers get to meet potential apprentices one-to-one. This is an excellent opportunity for you to raise your profile and speak with potential candidates face-to-face, rather than through an application form or CV. You'll be able to determine whether a candidate is a good fit for your company's culture and goals, thereby significantly shortening the screening process. You'll also able to judge the pitches and award your opportunity to the candidates who impress the most.

  • Address the skills gap

  • Reduce costs for staff recruitment

  • Recruit the best future talent

  • Drive change and innovation from within

How to take part

Join us on Thursday 21 November 2024, where our SPARK – Apprenticeship Marketplace: Business and Digital event will be taking place at our Preston Campus. The event will take place from 9.30am to 1pm.
