For apprentices

The key outcomes on offer to all prospective apprentices on the day include:

• An offer of a final interview for a degree apprenticeship
• An offer of a work placement trial, leading to a potential Degree Apprenticeship
• Continue to work with our Apprenticeship Matching Service to explore Degree Apprenticeships and find the best fit for you within a company.

For employers

Participating is an excellent opportunity for employers to raise their profile and speak with potential candidates face-to-face on a more meaningful level than through an application form or a CV. Employers will be able to determine face-to-face whether a candidate is a good fit for their company. This will help to significantly shorten the screening process.
