What you'll do
- You’ll be taught at our fantastic Burnley Campus in an innovative environment, with state-of-the-art models, imaging and a 3D virtual dissection table
- You’ll be taught in classes with high staff to student ratio, allowing for individualised learning and support.
- During the foundation year, you’ll be supported with finding voluntary work or work shadowing opportunities in related settings to assist you with your future study choices.

Future careers
This foundation year programme will prepare you to progress onto our full honours degrees. Following this, the clinically-relevant scientific knowledge acquired on our BSc (Hons) Medical Sciences degree will prepare you as a highly competitive candidate for entry onto graduate entry medicine, dentistry, physician associate and other professional study programmes.

We will consider your educational achievements, predicted grades, work experience and personal statement. If you don't meet the grades for your chosen course, we will consider you for other programmes.

- UCAS: 80 points at A2
- BTEC Extended Diploma: MMP
- BTEC Diploma: DM
- Pass Access Course: 80 UCAS points
- T Level: P (C+) in Science, Health or Healthcare Science
- IELTS: 6.0 with no component lower than 5.5 or 7.0 with no component lower than 7.0 if you wish to progress to MBBS/MPAS
- GCSEs: 5 at grade C/4 including Maths & English Language or equivalent
