Partner Students

Welcome

Welcome to UCLan. As one of our Partner students you are in good hands and excellent company. Many of the facilities and services you will need throughout your studies are available at your place of study but you also have access to a range of facilities at UCLan, such as membership of the SU and access to the library. Find out about these and more below.

Access to UCLan facilities and services are online only this year due to Covid-19 restrictions

UCLan’s approach is very much based on minimising the number of students and staff on campus so that precautions and social distancing measures can be put in place safely - we aim to have around a third of our normal attendance on campus. Hence, we are hosting an entirely virtual Welcome for our UK Partners, this year, we will not be inviting partner students on to campus during welcome week.

As in previous years, the UCLan corporate /student cards, will be posted to students, they will not be available for collection under any circumstances.

We request that you use all the facilities and service available to you at your partner institution as your first port of call.  Access to campus requests can be made in certain circumstances via your HE Co-ordinator, but you will be required to undertake an online Covid-19 safety course and obtain a UCLan Student Lanyard before arriving on campus.  Lanyards must be worn whilst on a UCLan campus.  Access to UCLan services and facilities on a UCLan campus will not be given unless you have taken the steps outlined above.
