Subject Areas: Physics and Astronomy

Daniel Holdsworth has been a research associate at the University of Central Lancashire since 2015. He is a member of the Stellar Astrophysics group within the Jeremiah Horrocks Institute. Daniel achieved his Ph.D in 2015 at Keele University, where he studied pulsations in the A-type stars. He has been PI on many successful telescope proposals, and uses his research experience to inform the observing strategy of current and future space missions.

Daniel is research active in Stellar Astrophysics.

Daniel is also part of an international team of researchers monitoring the TRAPPIST1 planetary system.
