The University of Central Lancashire is committed to working with Schools and Colleges to raise awareness and aspirations towards higher education opportunities.
We know that our relationship with students starts even before they enrol at the university and our team are experts in providing information about our programmes so that students have the knowledge they need to make a successful application. The guide outlines how we can work with you to support your students in their journey to higher education.
How we can work with you
We run conferences and training specifically aimed at teachers and careers advisors. Find out more about what events we have leading into 2019.
The team run a variety of events aimed at pre 16 students. Our comprehensive list of events encourages students from Year 9 onwards and inspires and motivates.
Targeted at students in Year 12 and 13, our UCLan campus events ‘UCLan On..’ give students a taste of what it’s like to study at university, providing them with engaging experiences in subjects from Law to Art and Design.
Working collaboratively with teachers, our team deliver enriching and engaging activities for students. Providing a wide range of sessions from personal statements to targeted subject specific activity and more.
