Future careers

This course can be the first step in your journey to becoming a research-active health and social care practitioner.

It lays the foundation knowledge and skills needed to enter doctoral level study. Following successful completion of the MSc, students can access stage 2 of the DProf Health

Entry requirements

  • 2.2 (Hons) degree in a relevant subject
  • Applicants will be required to attend an interview
  • 2 references and a personal statement are required
  • IELTS 6.0 with no component score less than 5.5 to have been taken within 2 years prior to the course commencement date
