Project Title: Apprenticeships of 'Color': Investigating the experiences of Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) employees and other racialised minorities heritages communities on degree apprenticeships.

This two-phase study aims to investigate the underrepresentation of Black Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) individuals in Degree Apprenticeships (DA).
