The lecture is taking place on 7 November at the University’s Preston Campus
As the darker nights draw in, a free public lecture at the University of Central Lancashire will discuss how important light and colour are in our lives.
The enlightening talk from lecturer Leona Nicholas will explore the importance of light and colour in your life and the changes you can make to your own spaces to be both happier and healthier.
Leona, Course Leader on the University’s BA (Hons) Interior Design programme and who has more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial design industry, said: “As the days get shorter and we spend more time indoors, the impact that natural light has on our health and well-being becomes increasingly obvious.
