The opportunity

The University of Central Lancashire’s (UCLan) School of Business has a proud history of educating ambitious, responsible, enterprising business leaders on its undergraduate, postgraduate and degree apprenticeship courses. We are on an ambitious course to deliver outstanding educational outcomes for all students.

We are looking for a talented and inspirational Lecturer in Digital Marketing to join our team. You will be teaching digital marketing on degree apprenticeships and on other undergraduate and postgraduate courses. We would particularly welcome applicants with knowledge of data analytics, search engine optimisation and big data. You will have the opportunity to get involved in research and/or knowledge exchange, and you will be given professional development support to help you succeed and realise your academic career ambitions.

About you

You will 

  • be a talented and motivational educator, capable of supporting students to succeed;
  • have professional expertise in digital marketing, ideally with specific knowledge of data analytics (GA4) and leveraging AI for campaigns 
  • experience/potential to translate your expertise to business and society through research and/or knowledge exchange activity
  • be a team player, committed to building an outstanding business school through the excellence of your work
  • hold a good honours degree (or equivalent) and Masters qualification in a relevant subject.
