This is an exciting opportunity to become part of Estates Services. The post holder will provide a first point of contact for internal and external customers. Ensure all Estates Services Helpdesk, Reception, Car Parking, and general enquiries are dealt with and resolved by utilising the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and booking software. You will also assist and provide day to day administrative support to the wider Estates team.

Applicants for this role must have extensive experience of providing administrative support to a large multi-disciplinary team delivering a customer focused service, demonstrable experience of document management, operating filing systems and developing and administering support procedures.

Additionally, applicants must hold a range of GCSE's or appropriate equivalent, including English Language and Maths (minimum grade C/Grade 4 or above) or significant experiential learning and a Microsoft qualification or similar in use of spreadsheets/word processing. Applicants must also possess excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail, have excellent communication skills both orally and written and be flexible in their approach to work with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
