Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) 80% or above (75% from the Science Stream) with minimum 70% in a relevant subject.

OR

Completion of 1st year of a 3 or 4 year degree at 50% or above.

Excellence Scholarship

Below are the criteria for the award of the Excellence scholarship, further information of which can be found on your country page.

Excellence - 95% or above (95% from the Science Stream.

Please note the requirements below are indicative only

4-year Bachelors degree (50% in Engineering or Science subjects, 55% in other subjects) – can be taken within a 3 year period

OR

2 years Bachelors (pass) PLUS 2 years masters at 50% GPA

OR

3 year Bachelors (pass) PLUS 1 year masters at 50% GPA

OR

3 year LLB with a minimum of 50% for entry to LLM from:

• University of the Punjab
• University of Karachi
• University of Sindh
• University of Peshawar

Students with an LLB from other universities should have 55% for entry to LLM.
(LLB students will usually also have 2 year (or longer) bachelor degree in another subject too)
Students with a 3 year LLB who wish to study a master subject other than law will also require a minimum of 50% in their first degree.

Excellence Scholarships

Excellence - 20 % above entry requirement.

HSC English 70% / 140 points or above

OR

Standard English language entry requirements – IELTS 6.0 or equivalent

HSC English 80% / 160 points or above.

OR

Standard English language entry requirements - IELTS 6.5. or equivalent.
