Please be aware that during events, there may be official event photography/filming taking place for marketing and promotional purposes. This may be used in both on and offline publications, public relations and advertising including:

- Adverts

- Other formats
This is for the promotion of the University and of University courses at its partner institutions.
If, for whatever reason, you or a member of your group does not wish to be photographed please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer or film crew.
