Trainee Quantity Surveyor

The role includes the following responsibilities: 

• The ideal candidate will be ambitious and eager to develop into taking on more responsibilities and ultimately progress to Project Quantity Surveyor, commercially managing their own projects
• Managing subcontractors – including drafting their respective contracts, reviewing their applications for payment and drafting their associated payment notices.
• Managing of labour supply projects – including monitoring and tracking customer PO values and cost-value reconciliations, as necessary.
• Project assistance to the more senior members of the Commercial team – including but not limited to developing costs to complete, drafting customer applications for payment, drafting contractual notices and pricing quotations.
