We are seeking someone to manage operations and installation of smart technology in commercial and industrial settings:
Are you passionate about driving innovation in smart technology?
Do you thrive in dynamic environments, solving complex problems and delivering exceptional results?
If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our team at IoT Horizon.
As the Operations and Installations Apprentice, you'll oversee the installation and operation of our smart-building technology. This role is client and supplier-facing, requiring effective communication and relationship management skills.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Dealing with clients and suppliers in a professional manner, including as a first point of contact for customers
- Managing and maintaining relationships sub-contractors delivering mechanical and electrical works, signing of delivery
- Preparing installation plans, RAMS and method statements (after training)
- Buildings and maintaining relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
- Managing, equipment ordering, goods received, stock taking (small volumes).
We are looking to support the successful candidate to obtain a BA (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship. This in-depth training programme ensures that new skills are gained and developed as well as obtaining an excellent knowledge of the company and sector.

- Ability to travel to client sites as needed for network deployment and maintenance.
