The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Support project teams in delivering civil engineering, lighting, and technology services.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and evaluating projects to ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- Learn to manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Contribute to driving continual improvement and embracing new technologies.
- Develop leadership skills by supporting and motivating team members to achieve shared goals.
- Undertake structured academic studies and complete assignments as part of your Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.
