Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing projects aimed at improving education and employment outcomes for neurodivergent youths.
- Collaborate with local job centres, schools, and businesses to promote inclusive practices and raise awareness of neurodivergence.
- Support the design and delivery of workshops and resources for schools and employers, ensuring inclusivity in education and the workplace.
- Contribute to marketing and communication efforts, including social media, newsletters, and community outreach.
- Work closely with the leadership team to manage operational activities and business development initiatives.
- Engage with neurodivergent individuals, families, and professionals to gather insights and feedback on improving support services.
- Track and report on project progress, contributing to funding applications and impact assessments.
