Course overview
This course will focus on professional wellbeing. You'll learn about the mental well-being challenges for health professionals in modern day practice. This includes being able to recognise signs of positive and negative stress responses in the health professional. You'll learn about stress-management techniques and how to build resilience. You'll also develop strategies to support colleagues and teams.
