Course overview
This Level 7 module is worth 20 credits. It provides the opportunity to develop non-hierarchical and non-judgemental restorative supervisory relationships. You will explore health enablers, emotional intelligence, empathy, compassion and burnout. You'll consider your own boundaries and develop supervisory techniques. You'll also attend supervision sessions, which will include motivational interviewing, counselling and solution-focused interventions.

Entry requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a registered nurse with a current Nursing and Midwifery Council Pin Number.
- Be working as a registered nurse in the United Kingdom.
- Have access to a practice based qualified Professional Nurse Advocacy mentor.
- Demonstrate previous study at Level 6.
