- Use critical analysis and self-appraisal to review the focus, context and need of your work-based learning in practice
- Show evidence for the basis of service/practice innovation with your area of specific focus
- Rationalise your methods of evaluating and recording work-based learning innovation
- Critically evaluate the impact of work-based learning innovation.

Entry requirements
- British honours degree (2:2 class or above) or equivalent in a relevant subject from an approved institution of higher education
- GCSE Grade C or above in English Language / IELTS Level 6.5 or equivalent
- Non-standard applicants are welcomed. Recognition of Prior and Work-Based Learning in accordance with University regulations may be available
- Applicants will need to have undertaken a service improvement project.
