This one day workshop will aim to introduce a range of creative expressive activities for working with a range of individuals and groups. It will consider some of the key aspects of working creatively exploring aspects of Art Therapy and Arts and Wellbeing.

By the end of the workshops participants will:
- Understand some of the key principles of Art Therapy and Arts and Wellbeing
- Explore and utilise creative approaches to communication and engagement with others
- Apply creative approaches to own practice, where appropriate
