Higher Education Volunteering fund

The Higher Education Volunteering fund (HEV) offers grants of up to £500 for UCLan students to deliver their own projects in the local community.

We would need students to work with community organisations to develop funding applications and manage the project if the application is successful.

Check out our HEV funding application form for more information.

Volunteering Fair

In October, CVCL collaborated with the Careers team to host a Careers, Jobs and Volunteering Fair - and what a success it was! Over 300 of you came along and chatted to a range of different community groups and charities.

In February 2024, we will be teaming up with the Careers team again to host a Public Services and Social Work Careers and Volunteering Fair.

Check out Handshake for Preston and Burnley to keep up to date on which organisations will be coming along.
