We are thrilled to announce that one of our talented MSc Additive Manufacturing students, Adhithyan Srinivasan, has achieved a remarkable milestone by winning silver at the prestigious WorldSkills National Championships last Friday.
This outstanding accomplishment highlights both his technical expertise and dedication to the field of additive manufacturing.
Adhithyan’s journey to the national stage was no small feat. Competing in a series of rigorous regional competitions, he demonstrated exceptional skill and precision to secure his place in the National Finals. At this stage, he faced a series of timed reverse engineering and CAD challenges directly related to 3D printing. His ability to tackle these complex tasks under pressure and deliver outstanding results earned him a well-deserved silver medal.
His awards ceremony, held at the iconic Bridgewater Hall, was a grand event attended by hundreds of guests, celebrating the nation’s brightest talents across various disciplines. Adhithyan’s achievement not only represents his personal success but also showcases the quality of education and support provided by our MSc Additive Manufacturing program.
We are incredibly proud of Adhithyan and extend our warmest congratulations on this exceptional achievement. His success serves as an inspiration to all students pursuing excellence in the rapidly evolving field of additive manufacturing.
