Jonathan is currently the lead for both postgraduate and undergraduate design. He is co-founder of the disciples of design.
Jonathan was instrumental in the publication of Words Of Wisdom. This was a university publication originally conceived and developed alongside fellow staff members Andrew Bainbridge and Ted Howell. Words Of Wisdom is a celebration of the success of ex-students and chronicles the experiences of 50 alumni from the Graphic Design course in Preston.
Jonathan is a graduate of Edinburgh College of Art where he earned both an Honours degree and master’s degree in graphic design. He has worked professionally across a range of disciplines and clients have included VW, Great Ormand Street Hospital and The Independent.
Jonathan has worked in private collections worldwide. He has been shortlisted in the past for the Noble-Grossart painting award.
Jonathan is currently an external examiner at Northumbria University.
