Charlotte completed her undergraduate degree in Sport Coaching in 2011 and discovered a love for Sport Psychology. Following this, she embarked on a MSc. in Applied Sport Psychology. It was during this time that she began training to become an accredited sport and exercise psychologist. She was offered supervised experience within the sports of golf, netball, football and rugby.
As a result of her introduction to the applied side of Sport Psychology, Charlotte engaged in consultations. Through these conversations, she secured a PhD and began exploring the life skills development of young people through golf. Charlotte studied for her PhD part-time whilst working at Cardiff Metropolitan University in administrate and associate lecturer roles and as a trainee sport and exercise psychologist.
