Dr Alison Hollinrake
Alison teaches across a range of modules on both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Alison also supervises postgraduate projects on Business and Management.
Alison is a Lecturer in the School, working across a number of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. She contributes to research projects in iROWE (Institute for Research into Organisations, Work and Employment).
Alison has held programme leader, module leader, internal moderation and external moderation roles throughout her academic career. She had a key role in the preparation for, delivery and follow up to the University’s compliance and quality assurance policies and procedures. Also where required, those of the professional body (the CIPD) and external organisations when she was responsible for postgraduate programmes delivered on a commercial basis for external clients to their employees.
Throughout her academic career, she has worked with, supported, supervised and assessed the work of part time and full time postgraduate students. The majority of these students were studying programmes accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
