Exceptions
We try to accommodate and welcome all international exchange students. However, we do have a number subjects that are exempt from our study abroad degree programmes. The following subjects currently are not part of our international students study abroad programme:
- Medicine
- Dentistry
- Midwifery
- British Sign Language (BSL)
- Health Professionals
- Optometry
- Veterinary

I'm a study abroad student from SUNY Plattsburgh. UCLan is very affordable for me and the events are amazing. I'm part of the Singing Society and my classes are going well. I love the community, the students are kind and the tutors are very understanding.
