We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Quantity Surveying Degree Apprentice. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with project teams to manage costs, contracts, and resources for various construction projects. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to gain a formal qualification.

Full job description

The role includes the following responsibilities: 

  • Assisting in cost estimation and financial planning for construction projects
  • Managing contracts and tendering processes with contractors and suppliers
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure efficiency and value for money
  • Preparing detailed reports on project progress, budgets, and risks
  • Collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Supporting project delivery by advising on building regulations, codes of practice, and health and safety guidelines

Considerations

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
