Full job description

The role includes the following responsibilities:

Assisting in cost estimation and financial planning for construction projects
Managing contracts and tendering processes with contractors and suppliers
Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure efficiency and value for money
Preparing detailed reports on project progress, budgets, and risks
Collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery
Supporting project delivery by advising on building regulations, codes of practice, and health and safety guidelines

Company requirements:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above

Degree Apprenticeship requirements:Applicants are required to have:

GCSEs: Maths and English at Grade C/4 or equivalent such as Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English.

Plus, one of the following:

UCAS: 104 points at A2 (STEM subjects preferred but not essential)
Higher National Certificate Level 4 or Higher National Diploma Level 5 accepted.
We are accredited by RICS (who are the EPAO) and CIOB, CICES and CABE.
Flexible entry requirements - advanced entry and non-standard entry is by interview with the Course Leader.
