Management Course

Boost your leadership skills and business performance. This leadership course starts on 16 September 2024. It is 90% funded by the government with mentoring, networking and peer-to-peer support provided by our Centre for SME and Enterprise Development.

Designed and delivered by entrepreneurs and industry experts at world-class business schools, this leadership course will provide time away from the challenges of running a business to invest in your leadership, and to learn how to take your business to the next level. You will receive practical skills and tailored support from your personal mentor and by our award-winning Centre for SME and Enterprise Development.

The course is 90% funded by the Government, with £750 contributed by the business. The Help to Grow: Management Course is aimed at businesses who have 5 or more employees and who are looking for personal and business growth.

By the end of the course, you will have a growth action plan to develop your business. You will receive practical management training to develop your leadership skills. You will also have access to our Propeller Hub, where you can use our co-working space.

What is the Help to Grow: Management Course?

The Help to Grow: Management Course runs over 12 weeks and includes online and face-to-face sessions. There will also be 1-to-1 mentoring and peer networking. You will finish the course ready to lead on the delivery of increased profitability, innovation and growth.

Who is the course for?

The Help to Grow: Management Course is for small or medium sized business enterprises based in the UK. Whether you need to identify more efficient ways of working, target new markets, or create a plan to take your business and team to the next level, this course will provide the knowledge and support you need.

To join the Help to Grow: Management Course you should:

Work for a Small or Medium-sized Enterprise based in the United Kingdom.
Employ between 5 and 249 employees.
Be a member of the senior leadership team and have direct reports.
