Work with Lecturers in the TV and film production studios producing your own TV and film content.

This summer school will introduce you to a range of film and media production equipment. You will use them to make your own short film and TV programme. You will have opportunity to use a range of our state of the art facilities. Workshops will take place in the TV Studio, the edit suites and Soundstage. Our studios are equipped with greenscreen and virtual production wall.

You will visit the iconic city of Liverpool known for its filming locations and home of the original Beatles museum.

The programme will consist of a series of practice-based, student-centred workshops. You will cover the core skills needed in film production and TV and media production. Students will work together in groups to produce their own short film and TV programme.

Week 1 consists of 30 hours of interactive sessions

Week 2 consists of 25 hours of interactive sessions plus a day trip to Liverpool.

This summer school covers key contemporary issues in psychology. You will work with academic experts in practical workshops. Explore the concepts of attention, perception, and memory. You will have the opportunity to carry out your own observational studies in the area of conformity and compliance.
