Dr Scott Watson
Scott teaches across a range of subjects in the School with an emphasis on large animal veterinary sciences. Scott has spent several years in clinical practice as a Veterinary Surgeon working across a range of species including dogs, cats, horses and farmed livestock before moving here. Scott still does some work in clinical practice alongside his teaching, primarily with an interest in an Emergency and Critical care environment.
Scott mainly teaches students about large animal veterinary medicine and surgery with an emphasis on animal handling and veterinary clinical skills.
Scott has worked in clinical practice in recent years working with a range of species in both farm and small animals. This has provided him with a wide breadth and depth of clinical knowledge which he uses when teaching in the School.
