Robin teaches a number of modules in English Literature. This includes subjects such as literary theory, Romantic poetry, and contemporary writing. He has particular expertise in modern poetry, literature and philosophy, and literature and popular music. He supervises graduate students in these disciplines and others.
Robin is our Course Leader for English Language and Literature. He has published more than twenty essays on poetry and on popular music, and he has edited a number of books and journals in these areas.
Robin organises the research seminar for English Literature and Creative Writing.
