Kat is a registered dental nurse, having passed the national certificate in 2003. As well as the National certificate in Dental Nursing, she also holds the following post registration qualifications, Certificate in Orthodontic Nursing, Certificate in Oral Health and Application of Fluoride Varnish and the Certificate in Implant Dental Nursing.
Kat's current role see's her time divided between assisting the postgraduate dental students in UCLan's clinical teaching facility and the clinical placements at UCLan Community dentist.
She has over 20 years dental nursing experience in a variety of dental settings, including Private, NHS, Orthodontics and Dental education.
