Dr Huy Phan holds the position of Lecturer in Business and Management and has been teaching at UCLan since 2022. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business and Management from the University of the West of England, United Kingdom. Dr Huy's doctoral research is centred around the identification of pertinent metrics designed to assist Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in developing countries in enhancing their sustainability performance management. His scholarly pursuits are concentrated in the domains of sustainability practices, sustainability performance, sustainable supply chain, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and the application of mixed methods in research.
Huy imparts knowledge across various subjects, encompassing Critical Issues in Business and Management Research, Strategic Business Futures, Quantitative Research Methods, Data Analytics for Business, and Critical Issues in Sustainability and Management Research. His instructional contributions span multiple programs, including MRes, MBA, and DBA.
Huy specialises in research methods and methodologies, demonstrating a dedicated focus and expertise in these domains. Actively immersed in research pursuits, he supervises postgraduate projects and dissertations, concentrating on business management, sustainable supply chain, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
