Gladys Nyandoro
Gladys is a committed educator, a holder of the Fellow in Higher Education Academy and a Certified Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has over 10 years of experience working in academic institutions teaching students from various social and cultural backgrounds in the UK and abroad.
Gladys is a tactical team builder with a strong background in teaching, training and team development. She teaches a range of subjects in Executive education. She has a particular interest in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion research. Gladys also supervises undergraduate and postgraduate projects.
Gladys has organised a number of academic events and held seminars in the provision of training for HR personnel including helping in the initiation of Skills Bootcamps here. Apart from her teaching role, she has also worked alongside LEAP and Leading Lancashire.
Gladys is currently researching microaggressions among BAME females in the UK.
