Dale Munday
Dale is the course leader for our MSc Dental Education course. He teaches across our stand alone Dental Education qualifications too. He has particular expertise in assessment and feedback practices and digital education. Dale is a Senior Fellow of the Advance HE (formally HEA) and a mentor to staff through their fellowship journey. Dale is also an external examiner at 2 separate institutions, PGCE and Education focused.
Most recent publications have centred around building the post-pandemic university, as well as approaches to hybrid pedagogy and learning design influences in a higher education context. Dale has an extensive and varied teaching experience, from entry-level to Master's level across a range of Further Education and Higher Education institutions.
Dale has worked in community learning, prison education, NEET provision, and also worked as a Digital Learning Facilitator at a leading UK university. Dale has taken this experience and been sought out to consult and advise on a range of HE projects aiming to create a future-facing curriculum and digital infrastructure to match.
