The University offers an Airport Transfer Service for all new overseas UCLan students, arriving into Manchester airport, regardless of which country they have travelled from.
Whilst the Covid-19 pandemic is ongoing, the Airport Transfer Service is dependent on the restrictions imposed by the UK government. As such we may be unable to confirm your booking, and any details of the transfer until closer to your arrival date.

To be eligible to use the Airport Transfer Service, you must book a flight which arrives in Manchester Airport between 6am and 6pm on:
UCLan’s Airport Transfer Service is free of charge but only available to students. If any family members have travelled to the UK with you, they will need to make their own way to Preston by public transport. Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic you MUST wear face coverings on all public transport in the UK.
Please note: If you bring more than two suitcases (hold luggage) and one piece of hand luggage (carry-on), you may be unable to use the Airport transfer service due to limited luggage space available. You would then have to make your own way to Preston.

Any data you provide when completing this booking form will be used to arrange your Airport Transfer and to send you any relevant and useful information with regards to your arrival into the UK. We will keep the data until after your transfer has taken place, at which point any identifiable data will be removed and we will keep only statistical data relating to the pickup times, numbers of students collected and flight times/dates. This will allow us to improve our transfer service but no individual can be identified by the data we retain.
