Full Profile

Employability is the main focus of Francesca's day to day work, and she is delighted to be the lead for the LaunchPad programme; working with the leaders of the future, who will be doing the jobs that nobody has even thought of yet which is hugely inspirational.

Francesca joined the University as a senior lecturer in 2008 and has great pleasure of being able to share experiences from her portfolio career, which includes project management, operations management, change management and recruitment and training.

Professional development is something that Francesca encourages across all programmes within the Business School; and as a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) she ensures that she will retain and continue to grow links across the business arena.
